About the event

Women’s Circle for Emotional Wellbeing, Rest, and Connection


The Women’s Circle is a gentle, in-person gathering designed to support emotional well-being, stress relief, and holistic balance through presence, connection, and rest.


Rooted in the philosophy of Zandaka Health and Nutrition, this circle combines holistic wellbeing principles with an evidence-informed, grounded approach to emotional and physical health.


It is created for women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or in need of a slower, more supportive rhythm in their lives.


A Restorative Space for Women


Each Women’s Circle offers a pause from the demands of daily life. It is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and experience calm without pressure, expectation, or judgment.
