Womens Circle- Summer Solstice

This event is designed to create a safe and supportive space for women to connect, share, and empower each other. It is warm, welcoming, and inclusive space, I want to promote emotional well-being and self-discovery, we will discuss different topics, have informal simple discussions members are welcome to suggest topics and partciate.

-Begins with a guided meditation, or a simple reflection to help participants ground themselves and set the intention for the gathering.

- discussion theme or topic of the session, which could range from self-care and personal development to spirituality, body positivity, or any other subject relevant to women's experiences.

-closing with breath work and relaxation.

Overall, aim for the women's Circle event provides a nurturing space for women to come together, learn from each other, and celebrate their individual and collective journeys. It aims to empower women, promote self-care, and create a network of support where women can feel seen, heard, and validated.
